Around 30-45 minutes to set-up the tub. We start the filling process and add the appropriate “shock dose” of chlorine. We provide full instructions (demonstration, written and a video link) and leave you to complete the filling (usually 1-3 hours depending on water pressure) and switch on the heater. Gazebo takes approx. 30 minutes.

No. We need to check for any damage and use a pump for faster emptying.

Our collection team have powerful water pumps that will remove majority of the tubs water down the nearest drain. This must be within 10 metres. There will still remain some water in the tub that will need to be tipped out.

Chlorine is used to keep the water clean and healthy. If you hire for longer than a week, additional pH adjusters may need to be added. However, full training will be provided, with demonstrations on how to maintain your hot tub throughout the time it is with you.

The hirer is solely responsible for any damages incurred. Please read our terms and conditions fully to avoid any doubt.
